This is a cute toy. Bought it to use as a cake topper, but Phineas and Ferb would not stay on the surf board, so it created a problem for me! Did not function as I had expected. Regret purchase.

I was a bit disappointed with this combo. My daughter loves phineas and ferb. I got them to put on her birthday cake. They are fine as long as you only look at them.
They never stay on the surf board. It shoots water for a few times and then that broke also. They look good, but not a good "play" toy.
I would have given a better review if they were half the price, like $5-6 at most.

We got it for a cake topper. Worked great for that! DS played with it a little; not sure I would really consider it a toy.
