5Giant pencils a HIT in "You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown"!  Sep 19, 2010 By Curtis E. Miner "revcurt"
When our God Is Still Speaking Players decided to do a production of the musical "You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown," which sets some of Charles Schulz's best "Peanuts" story lines to music, I had seen these giant pencils and thought "How funny would it be if the 'Peanuts' gang used them during 'The Book Report' number?" The over-sized pencils helped make the adult-sized actors look like little children - GREAT item!

5It's a TOY or PROP, use it as such.  Nov 29, 2010 By fesworks
Some of the reviews complain about this pencil for it's "use as a pencil".

STOP IT! It's not meant to be used as a real pencil! The graphite and eraser are glued in, that's for sure... it's a GAG item! It's for show! These other guys are idiots for expecting it'd be a full-on, constantly working pencil. Yeah you can use it for a bit, but it's a GAG item!

This thing is awesome!

3Need sharpeners  May 16, 2010 By K. Moen
I have three of these that I lend my students who come to class unprepared. The novelty wears off quickly, and they can't walk away with them, but my problem is that I can't find a sharpender big enough for them, so I end up doing it with a knife. Any suggestions?

3big pencil  Sep 14, 2009 By John Fleshman
You can get this pencil cheaper on amazon better than ebay. I have a collection of pencils like this from cities and states.

2Not built well  Jan 24, 2010 By Brandon L. Brown
It was cheap but the eraser started falling off the day I got it. I had to tape it back on but what the hell? It's a giant freakin' pencil! I keep it at my desk at work so I can ask people if they want to use my big pencil. :) It's worth the few bucks.
