I bought this map for my son's 5th birthday. My husband was the one who suggested we get it. At first I wasn't so sure about spending $20 on an interactive map, however, it is really cool. My son loves playing with it and learning all about the states. I know with this map he soon will be able to name all the states and capitals! That is 3rd grade curriculum!

Very educational. Bought for ganddaughter, 3, she loves it and has no problem figuring out how to use it. Plays with it for hours. She is saying all kinds of cities, states immediately.

We got this as a Christmas gift for out 4.5 year old son. It's fun, but very poorly made. The map is easy to fold the wrong direction and as soon as you fold it the wrong way it tears. The tag pin also leaves marks on the map if pushed too hard. We were really excited about this gift; unfortunately, it was a flop.

We have had this for only a few days and the colorful paper cover surface is already tearing at the folds. It is a large game board that folds into quadrants and cannot weather repeated use. We have had board games like Monopoly, Clue and Scrabble for years and never had this problem, so Leapfrog has definitely used cheap materials to make these maps.

I bought this cause i thought it was great idea to teach the children different things about different places.. Well when i purchased the map... i didn't know i needed the Tag reader. It didn't come with it.. and it didn't metion that information when i bought it so needless to say we haven't been able to use it yet. Hopefully when i get the Tag reader then this will be what we expect.
