Great Table! Dec 16, 2008

I have been looking for a kids table for a little over a year now. I looked at everything from picnic tables to end tables that we're the right height. I run a small daycare, and I needed something that would seat at least 4 kids (and not be squished so the table would actually be functional). This seemed like the right size, so I ordered it.
I just recieved this product from BabyAge. The table set arrived in pristine condition, and went together quickly (under an hour). It seems to be very durable, and should last us for years. This table is large enough to comfortably sit four 4-5 year olds, possibly even five if you have an extra chair, though that does get a little tighter.
Though I'm not sure how "real" the wood itself is, it isn't cheap press board either. This is a heavy table, that is VERY sturdy.
My only real complaint about this table set is the little wrench that comes with it. There are eight nuts that are used to attach the legs of the table. The little wrench they included was worthless, but I did have one of my own that worked very well. So not really a big deal in my book, and I'm sure if you worked at it you could make that little wrench work, it was just annoying.

This set so nice that you don't have to hide it in the toy room like the plastic stuff, it looks like real furniture... It's so sturdy that you can even sit and have a tea party or draw with your little kids, which I love!
The rectangular table is great, as they have so much more room than with the small square ones... absolutely worth the extra cost!!

For some reason, the current picture doesn't depict the correct product. The table is white with a pastel blue bench, pastel pink chair, and pastel green chair. The colors are beautiful, it was very easy and quick to assemble, and even crayon wipes clean from all of the surfaces. I am completely satisfied with this product for my 3 year old.

The table and chairs was a great main gift for our daughter. She can color, make crafts, have tea parties or do puzzles. What was great about this set is that the chairs were included and the price was right. However, Amazon has the incorrect image of what product we bought. Our table had a pastel blue bench, a mint green chair, and a pastel pink chair. There is no pull out box underneath and the table is not square it is rectangular.

I PURCHASED THIS TABLE SET FOR MY GRANDDAUGHTER SHE IS ONLY 1. SHE LOVES IT, A LITTLE BIG FOR HER NOW BUT SHE WILL GET LOTS OF USE OVER THE YEARS. IT IS VERY STURDY AND REAL CUTE. I PAINTED FLOWERS ON THE TABLE AND BACKS OF THE CHAIRS. GREAT VALUE FOR THE PRICE.
