This product was of very poor quality. We were so disappointed. The round outside rods were defective. The wood was actually rotted and split. We have been calling for a week, no one answers and the e-mail address bounced. This was a $69.95 toy organizer, not cheap. The company clearly doesn't care about it's customers. Will never order from them again.

Received this for Christmas for my 1-year-old son. I am highly disappointed in the quality and size. This storage bin is not worth $5 and it does not even work. Do not buy unless you like wasting money.

This toy storage organizer was smaller than it looked in the pictures. When I received it, it reminded me of a shoe rack. The cloth bins are the perfect size for a pair of shoes. This is a good organizer for little toddlers, but not for older kids (4+) because one big toy car would fill up the bin. They are good for litlte toys like legos, blocks, etc. My son likes to pull the bins off and he can't put it back. It takes a little shifting to fit them all perfectly. Overall, this is a cute toy organizer for kids, but don't expect to store too much in it.

This is a very cute toy box but the screws are missing and one of the wooden poles is bent. Please contact me as to how you can fix this problem.

Everyone in our family absolutely loves this toy organizer. We thought this would be better than a "treasure chest" style toy chest because our kids, who are crawling but not walking, could crawl right up to this and help themselves to toys, as opposed to a box with a heavy lid that they couldn't manipulate. And it worked! They love pulling their toys out, and also love playing with the fabric bins as much as the toys themselves. We love how convenient it is to have the toys in separate bins, instead of all in one big box. If we're going to grandma's or bringing the kids into another room to play we can just pick up a bin or two of toys to bring along. And when it's time to clean up we can bring the bins to where the kids scattered the toys, instead of having to make several trips back to a toy chest with armfuls of toys. This is definitely more appropriate for smaller toys, like rattles and small stuffed animals. We have shelves for their larger toys, since each bin is about the size of a shoe box. But this is a great way to corral all the little toys that end up everywhere.
The quality of the item is impressive. We've had it for months now, and the paint is not chipping and the unit is very sturdy. It was a little frustrating to assemble, since some of the rods screw in, but some are just held in by tension once it's fully assembled. The ones that are held in place by tension keep falling out of place until the whole thing is assembled, so you need to do a lot of balancing to get it right. There was a lot of cursing when I put this together. But once the last screw is in place this thing is like a tank, and it was worth the effort.
Honestly, I feel like the negative reviews on this product are very unfair. If you're not happy with the shipping cost of an item, don't buy it. But expensive shipping is not a factor in how happy you are with the actual product itself, and that should be what you're reviewing. And how can you be surprised by its size? The product dimensions are listed in the description.
We really could not be happier with this perfect addition to our family room.
