This is a lovely looking toy, but I had to return both the first and second one due to a loose thread in one eye which was pulling out. I did not think this would be very durable. After returning it the second time I spoke to someone at Amazon and they'll investigate this problem and hopefully get it fixed. After waiting for a few days, as requested by the Amazon customer support staff, I re-ordered this item and am pleased to say it arrived in perfect condition. I cannot wait to see my daughter's face on Christmas morning as she has been asking for a Dorothy doll for ages!
